Sean Marks
Sean is a Parkersburg native who returned to the area after completing his college education in May 2021. He graduated from Marshall University Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a minor in Economics. He joined MEPB in August 2021 and is working towards obtaining his CPA license.
