When you contact MEP&B by email

Should you contact us via email or otherwise request that you want us to correspond with you via email, regular mail, or phone, we will. We will not use casual email contact for anything other than responses to your questions. We will not send you unsolicited e-mail or other communications based upon your e-mail contact to MEP&B. We will also not give or sell your name and contact information to anyone else.

When you complete a survey

Surveys provide us with an opportunity to enhance our website and services. When you respond, you provide with valuable information and comments. We carefully consider all suggestions, and where appropriate, will contact you if that is requested. We will not sell your contact information to any third party, and will keep all communications you have with MEP&B, whether by phone, fax or email, in confidence.

When you leave our site

MEP&B has no control over the privacy practices of sites outside the MEPB.com domain. If you follow a link to another website, read the site’s privacy policy and contact their administrator with your privacy-related questions.

A special word to parents of children under the age of 13

MEP&B strongly encourages parents of young Internet and web users to play an active role in their child’s online activity. Children under the age of 13 should not submit orders, application forms, service requests or other documents to any website without the prior consent of their parent or legal guardian.
